Tell Tale Tusk are a six piece band whose noises are made by three vocalists, two clarinets, fiddle, double bass, acoustic guitar and percussion. They are currently recording their debut album which they hope to have ready for the start of the next festival season!

They have performed at a whole host of festivals, including Glastonbury, Small World, Cock and Bull and Rollright Fayre. Their music has also taken them to perform at many London events and parties - a band favourite being the Rumpus end of year gathering (of the legendary Rumpus parties!) and have been invited to support some truly fantastic artists Including The John Langan Band at their album launch (Netil House), The Discount Orchestra and Jez Hellard & The Djukella Orchestra. They have played their way around London's best loved folk venues including The Woodburner, Jamboree, Green Note Café, Café Cairo and The Harrison.

The members of Tell Tale Tusk are a pretty diverse bunch with an eclectic music
palette. With singers who love to sing jazz and folk, a guitarist who moonlights with a stoner rock band, a Klezmer queen fiddle player and slappy monster with acrobatic double bass antics.

You can expect lots of surprises with tales of ungrateful wenches, seasick pirates, prozac and discos for the dead. Their set contrasts fast paced theatrical dance numbers, with a couple of stripped back, three part harmony acapella delights. All written by members of the band as well as a few revamped folk tunes and Klezmer classics.
